Hi, I’m Annie Adamson.
I’m a healer at heart and educator by design.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been insatiably curious about movement. As a struggling teen mom, movement was the medicine that helped me navigate my life’s traumas and find equanimity, resilience and healing.
At the age of 24, I opened a yoga studio in Portland, Oregon with my husband Todd. I wanted to share the transformative power of intentional movement with my community. I undertook a journey to learn everything I could about the body – including why pain shows up and what can be done to remedy it.
Since then, I’ve studied injury rehabilitation and yoga therapeutics with world-renowned teachers…
Led thousands of public classes and workshops…
And helped hundreds of private clients use the tools of yoga, mindfulness, functional movement and natural medicine to awaken to greater health, healing and self-empowerment.
Today, I’m proud to have created a method that helps countless people find greater freedom in their bodies.
