Skills & Drills Workshop Series: Workshops are broken down into 20 minute videos. Each individual series has a specific focus.
(1) Pelvic Health 101: Breath & Awareness with Anh Chi
A Primal Vinyasa sequence focused on developing awareness of the pelvic floor muscles with functional movement and breath synchronization.
(2) Pelvic Health 101:Dynamic Movement with Anh Chi
This sequence explores pelvic floor awareness in more dynamic functional movements so that we can strengthen and tone this muscles holistically.
(3) Pelvic Health 101: Relaxing and Softening with Anh Chi
This sequence helps to bring awareness to and stretch and relax the pelvic floor muscles. This can be used as a cool down after more vigorous movements or as a stand alone practice for those experiencing lower body tension and pain or anxiety.
Anh Chi has been practicing yoga and meditation for over twenty years and has been teaching since 2008. She is passionate about pevlic health and the integration of Primal Vinyasa as a foundational tool to healing. IG @chiyogawellness
