Healthy Shoulder Range of Motion; being able to swing your arms, paddle and move your shoulders with strength and flexibility is important for any boarder. It’s Important if you fall to improve your recovery and for surfers a strong healthy paddle can save your life.
(3) Primal Vinyasa for Boarders: Surf, Skate, Snow
This is the 3rd part of the 3 part series, Primal for boarders; Core strength. Core is vital to any boarders performance and recovery. Use these drills for fun and performance enhancement.
