Skills & Drills Workshop Series: Workshops are broken down into 20 minute videos. Each individual series has a specific focus.
(1) Primal Posture “A Tour of your Core 4” with Jessica LaFalce
In this series we explore body mapping and self palpation of your “Core 4” and their relationship to optimal postural alignment.
(2) Primal Posture: “Postural Breathing” with Jessica LaFalce
In this series we explore 3D breath and axial extension as they pertain to postural awareness and alignment in functional positions.
(3) Primal Posture: “Robust Core and Dynamic Spine” with Jessica LaFalce
In this series we explore a variety of P.V. drills designed to activate your “Core 4”. We utilize the skills of body mapping, 3D breath, and axial extension to accept the loads of life with supple strength.
Jessica is a certified P.V. teacher and a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She has been practicing PT for over 13 years and has recently made the switch to full time movement/yoga therapist. She is most excited for this change as she can now guide her students and clients to their fullest potential utilizing the ancient practices of yoga and the modern techniques of therapy.
