Skills & Drills Workshop Series: Workshops are broken down into 20 minute videos. Each individual series has a specific focus.
With modern culture’s outward focus, maintaining an intimate relationship with ourselves can be challenging. But unlike a busy mind, our bodies tell no lies. Our postures and the way we move (or don’t move) tells the story of how we feel about ourselves and our value in the world. Accessing truth within our bodies, we can discern the aspects of ourselves calling for attention, and we can summon all parts of ourselves home into the energy of safety. Using Primal Foundations, Contralateral Movement, and Migration, we can consciously elevate the vibration that we embody and anchor into the collective as we roam the earth.
(1) Primal Relationship Energetics: Sensing Relationship Energetics
In this series we explore sensing, feeling, and assessing our relationship with ourselves and our environment while applying fundamental skills including breath, spinal mapping, and squats.
(2) Opening to Possibilities with Amanda Blain
In this series we explore contralateral movement to expand our comfort zone beyond limiting habits, avoidance behaviors, and old programming in our psyche, body, and relationships.
(3) Adapt Evolve Anchor with Amanda Blain
In this series we explore migration and contralateral skills as a means for adapting to the unfamiliar, evolving through chaos, and anchoring new consciousness within our psyche, body, and relationships.
